There is always a few of these guys in every crowd. And they ruin it for everyone else. But this guy is an idiot, bottom line. Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh and he's wanted by the cops too. His picture is now all over the state of Oregon, on TV and the internet, so he better enjoy his time without a police record.
Actually, he most likely already does have a record, judging from what I see.
Duck fans, c'mon now. Why can't you just celebrate like normal people?!? First you pull an idiot stunt like this one, and now burning debris on the football field? This is a textbook example as to why Duck fan gets labeled as annoying, obnoxious, rude and the like.
