Portland 96, New Jersey 89

Aldridge being guarded by Mr. Kardashian
LaMarcus Aldridge had 27 points, 9 rebounds and dished out 5 assists in 39 minutes tonight, and the Blazers squeaked out a victory from the lowly New Jersey Nets.

It was pretty ugly all the way through, and even though Portland has settled into being content with playing at a .500 clip, they should still be able to beat the Nets in the Rose Garden with some sort of ease.  Not tonight though.

Aldridge better make the All Star game at this point.  He's doing almost every bit as much as B-Roy did back when Brandon was named to three All star games in a row.  In some ways, LaMarcus has finally lived up to his potential of being drafted #2 overall.
