Jerramy Stevens is Truly a Horrible Person

Well, I usually don't get all serious here on this blog, but I was doing my daily check of my favorite website, The Big Lead, and they had a post about an article that was written about Jerramy Stevens, who is a tight end for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

I wouldn't say it's a "good" read, but it's very interesting. I can hardly believe that this guy is playing in the NFL still. There are many professional athletes that I feel would be in jail, if they weren't pro athletes, and Jerramy Stevens is tops on the list.

Here's what The Big Lead has to say about the article: "The story, however, is vile. It may make you sick to your stomach. You are likely to wonder why Tampa Bay would bother having an alcoholic alleged rapist such as Stevens on the roster."

"We use the word alleged, but after reading the article, you’ll know that’s only because the football program protected Stevens and saved him from going to court, where evidence would have done him in. How can that Seattle-based lawyer live with himself for defending these criminals, all in the name of a (crappy) football program?"

And here is the link to the story straight from the Seattle Times.
