Can I just say how friggin sick I am of people talking about Eli and the Giants???
I guess now I know how everyone else felt about the constant drivel about the Pats and their "perfect season", so I can't be too angry. I'll hopefully just wait it out and avoid ESPN a little more than usual.
So check this out....my family was watching the game and what not. Game ended. My heart broke apart just a little bit. My nephew, though, was oblivious and having the time of his life. It was great! I mean, he WAS rooting for the Pats, as a good family member does, but he had other things going on. Let's just say he took the loss much better than I did.
However, he did have a little bit of a reaction when I told him that it was Eli Manning who had beaten the Pats, and also had won the MVP trophy. Here's his reaction:
"Uhhhhh what?? They gave the MVP award to who??"
Anyway, I'll rebound from all this and be back soon people...
