My sister is sitting at Wrigley Field as we speak (or as I type actually.) I am quite envious of her. She has been texting me pics all morning. Oh and I told her to yell really really loud for ol' Rick Ankiel. One because I like the guy, and two: nothing is better than pissin off the Cubbies' fans, right? Here are the pics she has sent to me so far. That second picture is Ankiel up to bat. She said that they really gave him a hard time the second time he was up to bat.
Who would have thought anyone could get seats that were that close, at the last minute, at Wrigley Field of all places, while in the middle of a tight division race. I only dream of having connections like that.
